Before your initial consultation, please complete the emailed consent forms and questionnaires.

Additionally, ensure you have recent lab results (within the last 3 months).

If you don't have recent labs, we can arrange for them to be ordered prior to  your consultation.

During the consultation, we will:

• Review your medical history

• Discuss your health goals

• Provide basic nutrition and exercise coaching 

 

Once we've reviewed your labs and confirmed no medical contraindications, we'll create a personalized treatment plan.

Treatment initiation is based on your lab results and medical history.
